With Kwanti's xPDF Statement Extraction feature, you can upload a prospect's or client's PDF statement for automated analysis. xPDF extracts position details into a portfolio, allowing for efficient and streamlined data analysis. This feature is available as an add-on (see Cost section below).
What xPDF Can Process
xPDF supports most brokerage and retirement account statements. Positions are identified by ticker and matched against Kwanti's data feed, which covers all Stocks, ETFs, and Mutual Funds.
Some position types are handled differently:
- Retirement account statements often list fund names without tickers. xPDF will suggest a matching ticker for these positions and flag them for your review.
- Bond positions are imported using a proxy built from the statement details. You may be asked to confirm details.
- Positions that cannot be matched to a known security (for example, proprietary model portfolios or alternative investments) will be flagged for you to assign a proxy or remove.
- Short and margin positions are not currently supported and will be excluded from the extraction. You will see a notice listing any excluded positions.
Cost
- Monthly Plan: $75/month per advisor.
- Yearly Plan: $810/year per advisor (10% discount).
Included Usage:
You get 25 credits per month on the monthly plan, or 300 per year on the yearly plan.
Credits are counted per account extracted:
- A single-account statement uses one credit.
- A multi-account statement (for example, a household statement with 4 accounts) uses one credit per account.
