With Kwanti's xPDF, upload a prospect's or client's PDF statement for automated analysis. xPDF extracts position details into a portfolio, enabling you to analyze the data efficiently. This add-on feature can help you save time and win business. It is available for a fee (see Cost section below).
To enable this feature for your account, please email support@kwanti.com.
Getting Started:
1. Import the PDF:
- Click on "Import" > "PDF".
- Select "Upload File" and choose the account statement in PDF format. The PDF will appear in the table with a status of "Pending".
- Kwanti will automatically analyze the statement and extract the positions. This will be completed with in 24 business hours from upload and you will receive an email from Kwanti once it is ready for your review.
2. Review the Analyzed Statement:
- Navigate to "Import" > "PDF".
- The analyzed PDF will be listed with a status of "Review". Click on the PDF to proceed with the review.

Resolve Errors:
- If a position contains only a CUSIP without additional information, a proxy must be defined.
- Click on the yellow warning icon next to the position and select a suitable proxy.
- If a new proxy needs to be defined, follow the instructions provided here.

3. Create Portfolio:
- click "Create Portfolio" and the portfolio will be available for your analysis.
Cost:
- Each user receives 1 complimentary PDF upload.
- Subsequent uploads will incur a charge of $20 per statement upload, billed to the card on file for the user.
- Receipts for PDF Statement Analysis transactions can be found under the billing tab of your account.
Requirements:
For successful analysis, positions within the statement must include:
- a ticker OR cusip
- a value OR quantity
