Kwanti users who have been organizing their clients and prospects using Folders now have access to an enhanced feature: Clients.
Understanding Folders in Kwanti
- Folders serve as a simple organizational tool with no additional functionality beyond categorization. They are most effective for grouping models but do not offer any specific client management features.
Introducing Clients in Kwanti
-
Clients are designed to provide a more robust organizational framework for advisors. With Clients, you can:
- Create and store both current and proposed portfolios.
- Establish a Risk Profile for each prospect/client, which can be used to compare to the Risk Profile of a portfolio/model and generate investment policy statements.
Best Practice Recommendation
- For more effective management, we recommend converting Folders that were previously used to organize a prospect/clients portfolios into Clients. This allows you to consolidate all relevant portfolio and risk information for a specific prospect or client under one Client profile.
